Dear Bob and Vera, I just received the ring today. It's absolutely, absolutely gorgeous!!!! Can't tell you how happy I was when I first laid eyes on it. Beautiful stones and great craftsmanship!! It complements my engagement ring very well and it's also stunning to wear by itself. Absolutely what I have envisioned my wedding ring would be. I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
