Hi, I have received the order a while back, but haven't found the time to respond. The package was simple but professional, and I appreciate that. The diamond looks great even under a 20x loop. I could barely see the crystal inclusion indicated on the GIA certificate. Call me nuts, but I even used a black light to check out the florescence level :P I Will definitely recommend your store to my friends. Please pass my thanks to Vera Wages and Tracy Arneson for their help. Keep up the good work!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
