Hi, I have received the order a while back, but haven't found the time to respond. The package was simple but professional, and I appreciate that. The diamond looks great even under a 20x loop. I could barely see the crystal inclusion indicated on the GIA certificate. Call me nuts, but I even used a black light to check out the florescence level :P I Will definitely recommend your store to my friends.
