I received my stone today.

I received my stone today. It's so sparkly! I had such a hard time waiting until after work to pick it up. The Fex-Ex place is a few buildings away from the restaurant my hubby and I at lunch at today. I wanted so badly to pick it up then, but I knew I'd want to look at it all afternoon and my productivity at work would be zero. I took it to a jewelry store this evening to drop it in a few settings, and the jewelry people were genuinely impressed. The dude at the store kept telling me how beautiful the stone was. It was a higher end store, so I was tickled to see him so impressed! I ended up getting a HOF setting instead of the Jaffe. I had tried the HOF setting on in January, and have stopped in to try it on 4 or 5 more times since. Yay!!!! It's going to be gorgous (and super-sparkly) when it is finished.
