The ring is absolutely beautiful!!! I will call you in the morning regarding the original GIA certificate. Do you happen to have your one year trade in policy and lifetime buyback policy available to be mailed? If you do, could you mail it to me at my home address. Also, could you send some of your business cards to give to friends? In just 2 days I have received so many compliments and I really enjoyed working with you. I was looking for a diamond for almost 2 years and never felt comfortable with any of the jewelers that I could see face to face. With you, it took less than a day and a little more than a week later to have a beautiful ring. THANK YOU!!!! I look forward to working with you for all my future purchases.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
