Wow it finally happened!!! I just want to thank you for all your hard work on making my engagement very special! Bob, Thanks for being there through all of this. It was a few months ago when you first sent me an e-mail about some diamonds you were able to get. To be honest with you I was quite skeptical about buying a diamond on-line and kinda blew you off at first. After months of doing research I gave you a call back and you were very happy to help out. After searching and searching, I knew exactly what I wanted and it took you minutes to find multiple perfect diamonds! Thank you so much for your honesty on the first diamond that you reviewed for me and giving me your honest opinion. It really showed that you were not out to sell me any diamond but that you were dedicated in finding the perfect one.. And that you did.. I received the diamond on Saturday morning. I never knew that I could possibly have it on such short notice! When I opened it, I felt a small tingle inside and said to myself, ""Awesome"" it was more then I ever expected.
