Icy White and Full of Fire

Mike and I got a chance to take a closer look at our stone and it''s gorgeous- icy white and full of fire. We couldn''t even find the crystal or needle. We were able to spot the two clouds and that''s how we''re IDing our stone. Thank you both for answering our many questions and making this whole process so easy and smooth (thanks for being so quick and responsive). We were extremely apprehensive about making such a big purchase (monetary and sentimental) over the internet and not being able to examine the stone in person beforehand so this has turned out to be a positive experience for us. Because we''ve had a good experience and know firsthand about WF''s business philosophy and integrity, we can confidently recommend WF to anyone who''s looking to purchase jewlery. I see a pair of martini studs in my near future so you may be hearing from me sometime soon. ;o) We''re in the process of doing some very preliminary research right now.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
