Good morning! I want to let you know that after a 12-hour day at my office (this is our busiest week of the year), I made it to FedEx around 8:35pm and received my package. I was very impressed by the packaging and the attention to detail that Whiteflash does with the protective packaging. Next, I really appreciate the extensive documentation that was included in the package. Everything that I wanted to read was enclosed. Finally, the diamond box was first class, and the diamond/setting looks great! Hopefully, I will get one more independent appraisal this weekend with a snapshot of the diamond for insurance purposes. The diamond has the ""sparkle"" I desired. Thank you and the Whiteflash team for your patience, education, time, and attention to detail. Soon, I will be looking to purchase wedding bands, so I will contact you again. Thanks!

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations.
