Attention To Detail

Good morning! I want to let you know that after a 12-hour day at my office (this is our busiest week of the year), I made it to FedEx around 8:35pm and received my package. I was very impressed by the packaging and the attention to detail that Whiteflash does with the protective packaging. Next, I really appreciate the extensive documentation that was included in the package. Everything that I wanted to read was enclosed. Finally, the diamond box was first class, and the diamond/setting looks great! Hopefully, I will get one more independent appraisal this weekend with a snapshot of the diamond for insurance purposes. The diamond has the ""sparkle"" I desired. Thank you and the Whiteflash team for your patience, education, time, and attention to detail. Soon, I will be looking to purchase wedding bands, so I will contact you again. Thanks!

Top notch customer service.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous - no exaggeration. It’s stunning, and even more so in sunlight. Very attractive prices and helpful staff

After extensive research and education on buying a diamond engagement ring, I chose to purchase my diamond & setting from Whiteflash. They provided an incredible amount of educational information that was easy to understand, walked me through the process by both chat and phone, and ultimately delivered a fantastic ring in a stunning cherry wood ring box. Whiteflash had a great selection of both diamonds in inventory and diamonds available through their network.
