Dear WhiteFlash Staff, I apologize as I have been remiss in getting a thank-you written. There have been so many other drains on my time since my wife and I were blessed with Lilly?ˆ™s arrival. I did not want to forget about it however. Thank you so very much for the gift from Babies-R-US (Aug 8th, 2007); the 5 piece denim outfit giftset is very cute, and should serve her well this fall and winter when things cool off. My wife Michelle just loved it. And it will certainly come in handy as she?ˆ™s already growing out of some of her newborn clothes. Lilly is thriving and happy, and we feel truly blessed. I also wanted to tell you that this was just above and beyond any measure of customer service that anyone could expect from a company. My wife and I were simply bowled over when we received a wonderful baby gift that was beyond simple samples of diapers and formula. Your gesture was kind and thoughtful, and we very much appreciated it. Thank you! Your staff is always polite, courteous, helpful and patient. It can be a tough, scary experience shopping for jewelry and making such a large financial purchase online. But you guys were great when I bought Michelle?ˆ™s engagement ring, and just as flawless when I purchased the pendant for her as a gift at the birth of our first child. Your staff is tops on communication and customer service. That is something that is so rare these days. You should all be proud. I know I?ˆ™ll be back as a customer.

My original 18 year old engagement ring from Whiteflash along with my wedding band from another jeweler was stolen in April 2023. Luckily, my engagement ring was insured by Jewelers Mutual. We decided to return to Whiteflash for the replacement ring as we had nothing but excellent quality and workmanship from my original ring. Liza, Diamond Consultant, with Whiteflash supported me through my insurance claim and replacing my engagement ring. She provided several options, pictures, and promptly responded to phone calls and emails. My new ring is stunning thank you to Liza and the other staff members at Whiteflash that assisted with this process.
