Sheerah, I got the ring.

Sheerah, I got the ring...and it has exceeded my expectations! It is perfect, and perfect for her. I was worried that the inclusion in the middle would be noticeable on close inspection...but I haven't found it yet. Too many sparkles...seriously!! Awesome experience buying from you guys too. Thank you very much Sheerah for your relaxed and knowledgeable help with all my questions, and please thank David, Vera, and Lindsey too for their reliable and friendly service. I know that one buying experience can't capture every aspect of a business, but the quality of the people I spoke with, combined with the fact that every facet of service was highly reliable, from timely emails during each stage of production, to as-promised shipping of an as-promised beautiful product. Not to mention the price was great!! Thanks you so very much....I'll definitely be talking your company up! So that was Saturday....and tomorrow is the big day! I'll let you know what she says!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
