I was skeptical at first but was never misled or pressured into buying. I picked out a 6 loose diamonds for review. My representative, called me directly to discuss my buying preferences. She researched my choices and called me back to inform me that she could not sell me the diamonds I had selected as their quality was not consistent with my buying preferences. She went on to make a recommendation on a diamond. She assured me that I would not be disappointed. I had done a good deal of research and had looked at thousands of diamonds and Whiteflash''s choice was, without a doubt, the highest quality diamond I had seen at an outstanding price (50% of retail). I completed the buying transaction with a very competent Finance staff. My wire transfer went through flawlessly. I received my diamond and setting right on time. The packaging was impeccable and the documentation was thorough and accurate. The experience, from start to finish, was exceptional.
