I know you probably work with people who are wealthy and can afford truly expensive jewelry, which makes me appreciate even more the fact that you treated me like I was spending a million bucks with you. Your sincerity, humor, and patience as I asked many questions and called back multiple times has been deeply appreciated. You treated me like a person, not like just a customer. Even more, you made me feel as if you really cared about how important this purchase was for me. Because it was special and important to me, it became special and important to you. I can't thank you enough! I also wanted to make special mention of the fact that in a day where most companies give average service, it was a real pleasure to receive truly top notch performance. Even simple things, such as the finished photographs of my ring -- I never expected to be given something that made MY ring look like something out of a catalog. And when I received the ring in the lovely box, what a difference it made that the box was something very nice, instead of some cheap plastic thing. Sure, you could cut corners, like everyone else. But I can certainly say, at least for myself, that these little personalized and elegant touches have marked Whiteflash.com as a company distinctive from the rest. Don't ever change!
