First of all, this testimonial is way overdue?ˆ”but maybe my sending it over a year after receiving my diamond will say a lot for how much I really appreciate the way Whiteflash does business. I purchased a loose diamond from the ?ˆ?A Cut Above?ˆ? line to be mounted in a simple solitiare setting for my engagement to Heather. I was blown away by this diamond and the price I was able to get it for. It appraised at close to $700 more than what I paid for the stone! The AGS certification shows it to be one pinpoint away from a flawless stone, and the local jeweler who set it was even unable to find it under the scope. Total vindication for all the naysayers (AKA local retailers) who will try to scare you away from buying a diamond online. That being said, I searched every brick and mortar shop in the area including Iowa City and Des Moines in comparison before buying. Prices aside (they don?ˆ™t even come close), most of them don?ˆ™t even carry this quality of stone?ˆ”and I was never shown a single certification when I asked for them. They also looked at me like I was from another planet when I asked to see their diamonds under the Idealscope. I simply would not buy a diamond without this excellent tool. Today, you couldn?ˆ™t get me to put a diamond from anywhere BUT Whiteflash on my future wife?ˆ™s finger. Customer service? It was just as close to flawless as the diamond itself. I was scared to death of buying this stone online. I had researched and learned alot before contacting WF but still learned even more from speaking with my consultant. Over a year later, she still checks in from time to time to see how Heather and I are doing! That kind of customer service and consideration is truly unmatched in my experience. Today I am anxiously awaiting my wedding ring, ordered from Whiteflash, any minute now. Thank you all so much for making a once in a lifetime event nothing short of perfect for us both.
