Just wanted to let you know that we love the ring that you helped me with earlier in March! Even more so when the answer to my (obvious) question in Mexico was ""Yes"". I wouldn't hesitate to buy another item (though hopefully not another engagement ring ;o) from Whiteflash in the future via bank transfer.

Unfortunately, I guessed wrong on the ring size and while it fits my fianc?e's middle finger, it's a bit big for her ring finger. So, I was wondering what the best way of ensuring that it was resized correctly if I were to send it back to Whiteflash (and how much that resizing would cost and how long it would take). She is currently still living in Santiago, Chile and we're both a bit hesitant to bring it to any old jewellers.
