Extremely Helpful

The ring was beautiful, and the proposal went well! I mean, she said yes, so what more can I ask for? We've had a little issue with some marks on the gold of the ring, which I've been meaning to take some pictures of to send to y'all; would you be the right person to ask about that? Other than those markings, though, she absolutely loved the ring and you guys were extremely helpful with the entire process. Thanks so much! :)

We worked with Liza, who patiently and diligently guided us through the complicated world of diamond specifications and helped us find exactly the diamond we wanted at a value we felt great about. We weren't exactly the easiest customers (we may have tested her patience a little!), but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive throughout the entire process.
