It looks FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS. BEAUTIFUL!!

I just picked up the diamond from the UPS center. It looks FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS. BEAUTIFUL!! Everything I had hoped for and more. Oh my gosh, I cant stop playing with it and marvelling over it. It was exactly as both of you described it, super sparklye and I''ve been staring at it cross-eyed and cant see the inclusions. Totally thrilled. Thank you both so much for working to get it here by today. You have made this such a delightful experience. I was starting to panic there at the end because i had carefully laid out plans to propose tomorrow. But now that the ring is here, I cant get a hold of the parents (live on another continent) to have ""the talk"". Ugh. Murphy''s law. You know what they say about even the best laid plans...It looks like it may not happen tomorrow after all. Anyway, you guys are the bestest! I''ll even cheer for the Cowboys this weekend (well, cheer a little bit). Have a great weekend!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
