Bob, this email is long overdue. I wanted to say thank you for helping me locate a beautiful asscher (square emerald) a few months ago. Whiteflash came highly recommended by many people in regards to your service and quality. When I began my search I contacted many vendors (B&Ms as well as internet vendors) and by far, you and WF had the quickest response time and were the most helpful. Looking for a good asscher is no easy feat and I was comforted by the fact that you knew exactly what I was looking for. Perhaps it was luck and timing but the speed at which you found my diamond was amazing! I was expecting it to take much longer. I believe that part of this was due to the fact that you understood what I was looking for and could therefore present me with stones that fit all of my parameters. Everything from the initial conversation, search for the diamond, presentation of the candidate and the purchase/delivery of the ring was nothing less than superb. Over the past few months I have received countless compliments on the stone?ˆ™s brightness and sparkle. However I must tell you the one compliment that meant the most. As you know, I had my ring set in a temporary setting so that I could search for my dream ring. I have been to numerous stores (I live in Los Angeles so there are plenty to choose from!) trying to get an idea of what I want. This past weekend I ventured into a very, very high end store that shall remain nameless. This store caters to high end clientele, the Hollywood type if you will. They do everything in house, including cutting their own diamonds. While I was there, their master cutter came over to me and asked to see my stone. I proudly showed it to him and he was extremely impressed! He said that it was one of the most well cut asschers he had ever seen and even brought over another jeweler to look so that he could ?ˆ?see how a well cut asscher should look?ˆ?! I knew my diamond was beautiful but to hear that coming from a master cutter blew me away! Unsolicited compliments are wonderful but when they come from experts in the field, well, its worth it?ˆ™s weight in gold! So, to sum it up, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! There is as reason why you have so many satisfied customers and it is because you have all of the key ingredients: knowledgeable and caring staff, competitive prices and the ability to deliver amazing products. I cannot tell you how much the earrings have fulfilled and exceeded my expectations! I was impressed by Whiteflash's website, customer service, and purchasing procedures, as they added legitimacy to the experience, but I held my judgment until I saw the product. Not only was I not disappointed; I was floored. These earrings and my engagement ring are now my favorite pieces in a pretty extensive collection. I WILL be a return customer.
