Thrilled With My Ring!

I was going to write you a note also when I had the time. It's such a busy time with the kids out of school and working. I think you guys are in Texas but the weather here has been rainy for most of June and July isn''t starting out so good either! I bet you have better weather than we are having now. Anyway, I am so thrilled with my ring! I am so pleased with your upgrade policy and the fact that your salespeople will tell you whether the diamond you pick out is a winner or not. I love the setting I chose. I had a hard time deciding between the legato sleek line setting and the knife edge uprong ( I believe). You guys deserve all the accolades you get. I am a big time reader of the Pricescope forums and the praise your company gets is unbelievable and I can see why! I am one of your happiest customers!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
