IT WAS PERFECT!

I wanted to thank you and your team at Whiteflash for everything you have done for me. I started my engagement ring search looking at diamonds that were from big name companies that never saw the actual diamond. With the help of Price Scope I was able to stumble across a diamond that met my criteria! Lucky for me, I found a White Flash diamond that was absolutely perfect for me, or so i thought! The diamond was being shipped from Germany and would take some time to arrive, so Whiteflash offered to look for similar diamonds that met my expectations. Juli called me back and sent me an e-mail a few days later with the exciting news of finding a rare and better diamond that was even stricter to my standards! It was also a much better value! In addition, I was able to find a setting that I fell in love with.. the other settings i liked, but nothing compared to legato sleek from WF. In addition, I was completely shocked at how competitive the price was as compared to similar diamonds of superior quality. Before I knew it, I was opening a Fed-Ex package and being blown away by the actual diamond ring in front of me. IT WAS PERFECT! I could not ask for anything better!! With the superior customer service, the quality diamonds, the top of line workmanship, and the company polices I knew that I had made the right decision in choosing White Flash! I would highly recommended White Flash to anyone who is searching for that perfect something! Thank you again and again. I look forward to my relationship with White Flash for future business!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
