I can't believe how quickly I got this puppy.

I'm really enjoying my pendant, you all really did a bang up job on this project. I have to applaud you on your turn around time. I can't believe how quickly I got this puppy. Great, inconspicuous packaging to not raise any curious eyebrows, too. I love the jewelry box and was happy to see the verification letter so that I don''t have to get another appraisal when I get the pendant along with some other jewelry insured. I''m looking forward to working on another diamond project (the studs!) with you.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
