The ring is absolutely gorgeous.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous. I love the ring and most importantly, she loved the ring too. She was floored and surprised at the same time when she saw the ring. She said that it was the most beautiful ring that she has ever seen. Thank you for all of your help and thank you to all of the people that made this happen, especially my gratitude and great appreciation goes to Vera for pulling all the strings that she did to make sure the ring got to me. I am very thankful that the ring showed up on Saturday in Reno, where I proposed to her. Everything went to plan, without a hitch and it just made everything perfect for us that weekend. Thank you once again.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
