Absolutely Beautiful

The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiance can''t stop admiring it. I don''t think either of us realized the amount of sparkle that can be present in a diamond if it is carefully selected, as your ACA diamonds most undoubtedly are. I must commend you and your entire staff for providing such a successful buying experience. The ring was delivered exactly on the day it was promised and I was able to propose in Boston where we met. I must also personally thank you for taking the time to work with me when I was shopping. There are very few CEO''s who are that committed to their customers and would be up as late as you were answering my instant message questions. I can''t recommend you enough. Thank you very much for all of your help.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
