Whiteflash has us as customers for life!

Naz and I just want to thank you for the work you've put in for us to ensure that my rings come out perfectly. I have received lovely shots of my rings from Becca and shipment confirmation from Abraham. Our experience with Whiteflash and her wonderful team of staffs has been nothing short of the best. I would personally give Whiteflash a triple ideal ratings, for ideal products, ideal service and ideal everything else! Please thank the rest of your team who were responsible for making our purchasing experience of something important, which hold precious meaning to us for a lifetime, on our behalf. :) Please also send our thanks to Debi, for being there on chat on weekends. And for entertaining our incessant questions with courtesy, and much friendliness. We also know now that she's actually the CEO and one of the founder of Whiteflash (to our huge surprise!). We really thought she was just one of the staffs! From the way she corresponded with us, no one would have guessed that she's the CEO! She's so down to earth and humble :). And we feel honoured to have her assist us the first time. :) Whiteflash now has us as customers for life! We will be back for Naz's ring when we're ready. And we'll be sure to email you directly for that purchase when the time comes. I will also let you know our thoughts on my rings as soon as we received them. At first, I was sceptical after reading what seemed to be ""too good to be true"" reviews and testimonials from your previous clients. But now I know why! After all this, I can say that our only regret is not being able to see all of you, to thank you and shake your hands (I would give you a hug Traci!!) in person. If fortune allows, we might just be able to fly to Houston and visit your office to purchase personally. I'm still short of a pendant, a pair of ear rings, a bracelet... :p A girl can't really have too much diamonds can she?? Thank you all and God bless! :)

Got my engagement ring from Whiteflash. I was a little nervous because I live in New York and I cannot go in person. But I received the ring yesterday and it exceeded my expectations! The quality of the stone is even better than I thought. Very white and clean and just very clear when look at it closely! Perfect stone with good sparkles. The setting is also very well made. The ring is comparable to any designer brands I have seen! Becca helped me pick out the stone and the setting through our email communication. Mariah is also very helpful with the ordering process. The production time is very short too at Whiteflash. 10 days after payment I received my ring! Much faster than other jewelers I have been to. Great experience and will recommend to all my friends!

My wife and I are near our 50th wedding anniversary. I wanted to wow her with an unforgettable anniversary gift, something that showed her how much these almost 50 years have meant to me. And what better way that to present her with the diamond we could not even think about buying where we were married. We were like many young couples all those years ago - in love plus broke and poor!! I did my research and came up with some specs, which were amended many, many times! I looked at the various reputable online dealers as well as brick and mortar retail stores too. A few (very few actually) were receptive to taking on my challenge to find that special stone per my specs. While not the first to present a "find," Becca of Whiteflash in Sugar Land TX was the first to find a stone that was so very close to having it all. Now, I did not know it was going to be the one, but after asking all the crazy questions of Becca and putting her and the diamond through the gauntlet, it became "the one." Becca's 17 years of experience became invaluable in helping me make the right decision, a decision that was not taken lightly because the diamond was for a very special purpose and it did cost a dollar or two as well!! While we did not live exactly down the road from Sugar Land, my wife and I took off on a road trip to meet Becca in person as well as actually see the diamond. It was stunning for sure. We made the purchase and are on our way to making this the 50th wedding anniversary gift I only dreamed of. Thanks to Becca and her team for making a memory!!
