Amazing online shopping experience - unbelievable after sale service!

For my story about buying an ideal diamond with an exceptional brilliance, fire and scintillation. A prompt, professional and friendly support and guidance from the Diamond Consultant for lot of aspects, such as providing the true and on request picture to the customer, and unbelievable after sale service. They continue to give me a friendly and professional comment, and they tried to fulfill my reasonable request and providing me an excellent/unbelievable after sale service. That brings me a comfortable and amazing online shopping experience. I have purchased a superb diamond in F SI1 A CUT ABOVE?®, which have an ideal cut and completely eye clean. It presents an exceptional brilliance, fire and scintillation in an exceptional price

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
