Pleasure dealing with Whiteflash!

Firstly, the ring is beautiful, I couldn't have asked for more. I can't express enough what a pleasure it has been dealing with WF. I had originally looked at other online vendors and was disappointed with the service. White Flash is a true example of what customer service should be! Everyone whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with WF has been friendly, responsive and have went out of their way to make this experience one I will not forget! I want to thank everyone who has helped with this would recommend WF to anyone and everyone!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
