Whiteflash made my custom ring a reality!

I received my ring last weekend and both my fiance and I are very happy with how it turned out! It was a pleasure working with you all through this process that started with a little bit of frustration and heartbreak when we found out the diamond we originally purchased was not appraised as what it was sold as. With the WF ring we have piece of mind that the diamond is GIA certified not to mention that it looks so sparkly! WF was able to stay true to the original design that was so important to us! Thank you for making the process easy and answering all our questions along the way! Thanks a million!

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
