Exceptional service with Whiteflash

I received my ring yesterday and I can't help but take it out of its hiding spot and sneaking a peek at it when my partner is not around. It is simply beautiful and as perfect as I thought it would be. I cannot be happier and just couldn't imagine myself getting something as special and important as this from anybody else. Your exceptional service has left me feeling that I have been taken care of every step of the way.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
