Full of Confidence with Whiteflash

Being a potential buyer overseas, I was initially very reluctant in purchasing a big ticket item from overseas. More so as this would be a once in a life time engagement ring purchase. My awesome consultant made everything so easy and really made me feel comfortable and sort of inspired confidence in making the purchase. From providing education about the diamonds, to helping to single out the diamonds based on my budget and wants, and fears about shipping and receiving the diamond, she was there with me throughout the entire process. Being in Singapore, it made things worse due to the time difference. But she made it a point to reply and answer all of my queries via email. I am very glad I made this once in a lifetime choice through Whiteflash and with my consultant, for without her, i'd still be looking for the perfect diamond, which I am proud to say I already found it through Whiteflash. The customer service provided by my consultant made this big ticket purchase online a superb experience and I will definitely recommend Whiteflash and her in particular to my friends!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
