I just wanted to update everyone about the engagement ring I ordered. I picked up the ring in Hong Kong two weeks ago as planned - the timing of the shipment was absolutely perfect, so big thanks to your shipping department! The Legato Sleek Line Pave ring itself is truly a work of art - the craftsmanship is flawless, and the center diamond thatmy consultant helped me choose sparkles brilliantly in every kind of light. I really couldn't be happier with my selection. I love the ring and more importantly, my new fiancée loves it! So I'd just like to thank all of you for a great jewelry buying experience - especially my consultant, whose patience and advice were absolutely invaluable throughout. The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
