My financee was floored!

Just wanted to say thanks again for all your help. Everything from the ordering process all the way through picking up the diamond went smoothly. There was one small blip in the shipping (was supposed to be overnight but was almost sent 2 day). I spoke with one of the customer service reps and that was corrected very, very fast. Most importantly, the actual stone more than exceeded my expectations. I was shocked at how good it looked in person and when I gave it over to my financee, she was floored!
