Whiteflash ACA's are the way to go!

I would like to thank you and your staff at Whiteflash for the outstanding service I received. I am still impressed with my earring jackets that I purchased a few years ago from Whiteflash. They sparkle like mad! I was not prepared for how much sparkle this band throws off! The stones are so obviously well cut from across the room that you can't miss them! I have been without a wedding band for years because nothing locally looked good enough for my GIA triple x E color diamond. My engagement ring finally has a wedding band of outstanding quality that it deserves. I can't wait to make my next purchase from your company! ACA's are the way to go!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
