When Whiteflash says the "A Cut Above" diamonds are among the best of the best, they mean it.

I just purchased a stunning loose "A CUT ABOVE" diamond from Whiteflash ( a Round .828 ct D SI1 whose only inclusions were a few small feathers on the pavilion), and dealing with them was a huge pleasure...the entire experience was painless and straight-forward from start to finish. Communication was always prompt, which was key for me since my entire transaction was conducted via email exchanges with a wonderful diamond consultant. She was always very quick to reply, and took the time to put together informative responses, complete with pictures and links when appropriate. They shipped out my package just hours after my wire transfer was received, and I had it in-hand, in Alaska no less, not even 36 hours later and just in time for Christmas. My loose diamond came well-packaged, inside a nice presentation box along with a well-packaged tool kit and an elegant case for the AGS certificate. All of this was tucked into a fedex pouch, which was placed in a Medium Fedex box, which was placed in a Large Fedex box. This was a very secure packing job and I was thrilled to see that Whiteflash goes to that length to ensure that their items arrive SAFE! I was notified immediately via email every time a key event happened. I was notified when my wire was received, and again when my package was set to ship, and again when it did ship and tracking number was available. They never dropped the ball on keeping me informed, and they were very proactive from start to finish. They even handled a last-minute change of address on the shipping, without issue. Their incredible reputation on Price Scope does not do them justice. The diamond, of course, was a sight to see. It was as fiery and sparkly as you could possibly imagine! Even peeking at it within the dark confines of its shipping box, by just lifting the lid a little, I could still see it firing away.
