I just wanted to let you know that the diamond arrived yesterday at 11:30 pacific time.

I just wanted to let you know that the diamond arrived yesterday at 11:30 pacific time. Of course we both had to look at it about a hundred times with the Hearts and Arrows' viewer. Beautiful! A true Hearts & Arrows diamond!

We then took it to the jeweler and not one to tip my hand I asked him for his opinion. First thing he checked was the color, which he said was an F+. Then he looked at the diamond under a Binocular Microscope and said, ""There's only one thing wrong with this diamond?ˆ¦it's gorgeous and nearly flawless"". My fiance and I busted out laughing and started breathing again. He said the cut was magnificent and he was amazed at the detail in the cut along the girdle. I told him that it was a ""Hearts & Arrows"" cut diamond and he remarked that it is the best. We're having it set today and I will send you JPEG pictures when we pick up the ring. Thank you for your honesty, time and patience. I look forward to future business endeavors. I will be sending a formal letter of recommendation to you in the future. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
