I just wanted to let you know that the diamond arrived yesterday at 11:30 pacific time. Of course we both had to look at it about a hundred times with the Hearts and Arrows' viewer. Beautiful! A true Hearts & Arrows diamond!

We then took it to the jeweler and not one to tip my hand I asked him for his opinion. First thing he checked was the color, which he said was an F+. Then he looked at the diamond under a Binocular Microscope and said, ""There's only one thing wrong with this diamond?ˆ¦it's gorgeous and nearly flawless"". My fiance and I busted out laughing and started breathing again. He said the cut was magnificent and he was amazed at the detail in the cut along the girdle. I told him that it was a ""Hearts & Arrows"" cut diamond and he remarked that it is the best. We're having it set today and I will send you JPEG pictures when we pick up the ring. Thank you for your honesty, time and patience. I look forward to future business endeavors. I will be sending a formal letter of recommendation to you in the future. The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
