My experience with Whiteflash was exceptional!

My experience with Whiteflash was exceptional. The technical details (ASET, Ideal-Scope and Hearts and Arrows images) they provide for their A CUT ABOVE and Expert Selection branded diamonds helped me to make my purchase with confidence. Their products are competitively price relative to other retailers (local and online) and their value-added benefits (photography, toolkit, and trade-in policy) further increase Whiteflash's value for money. My diamond consultant was knowledgeable, affable, and available. She responded to all of my inquiries promptly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both Whiteflash's level of quality and service.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
