I was able to get exactly what I wanted within my budget

I wanted to thank you so much for your help picking the right ring. We did a great job. Shaina accepted my proposal, and she truly loves the ring. I don't think she's taken it off even once since i gave it to her. It even fit perfectly! The whole ring shopping thing was a super daunting task that I expected to last for several weeks and be very stressful. It wasn't! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your straight forward, no pressure approach. I was able to get exactly what I wanted within my budget, and we couldn't be happier with it.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
