The ring and the stone are just brilliant!

I picked up my parcel today at FedEx facility. Everything went smoothly as per expectation. What a weekend for me, a long long wait in a very short period. The ring and the stone are just brilliant, no words to express my satisfaction level towards the product. The Ritani setting is very sleek and bright, will fit excellent to my GF's finger for sure. The stone sparks brilliantly throughout any lightings I'd tried, eventually strained my eyesight looking at it. Thanks everyone for the extra information, photos, emails, chats, etc, provided to me. It is an amazing process and journey with WF. I'm looking forward for a successful proposal by mid of next month and then will come back with the review on your website. Looking forward for the near crossover again between us. Thanks for everything and may God bless.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
