Good morning, I would just like to thank all of you for all your help over the past week and a half. What was a very jumbled week with phone calls everyday, it all came to an amazing ending when I was able to get home and finally open up the package. This diamond (as you said it would) blew me away. Looking at it in all types of lighting conditions, it sparkled and shined and returned an amazing amount of light. It is simply stunning. I can not wait to get it set and see the final product. I know it will definitely blow her away when she gets it a week from today. You are without a doubt, a top notch organization and all the praise I read about which led me to you for this once in a lifetime purchase held through and my expecations were far exceeded. Thank you again for all your help, time and patience. I will post more praise and pictures on pricescope and also email a followup with her reactions. Robert D.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
