Thank you sooo much! I honestly can not express exactly how excited I am to pick this up and see it for my self. Thank you again for the pictures of the beautiful ring, I love it and I know she will too. Your company has been amazing at communicating and following through in every aspect thus far. I was a little nervous buying online but you folks have taken the fear out of it. At this point, I will be a return customer and will recommend Whiteflash to anyone I can, simply off your customer service alone.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
