Buying from Whiteflash is the best decision I could have made!!

I want to thank you so very much for all your awsome help with my purchase of the most gorgeous princess cut diamond ring, all skepticism aside with purchasing diamonds on line, this has proven to be the best decision I could have made!! I got the best quality for a great price! The appraisal on the ring went as I knew it would (just by looking at it the very 1st time I knew I got what I was told I would be getting) and that 2ND opinion was just peace of mind and proved what a reputable company White Flash is! I will definitely do business w/ Denise and White Flash again; I will also refer all my family and friends your way. Thank you Denise for making this a pleasurable and gorgeous experience!!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
