That''s really amazing.
Yes, our package arrived without mishap. ;-) I wasn''t there of course, Eugene is a couple hours drive from me, so Chuck was in charge of picking the rock up. He then brought back boxes for Christmas and amongst them was my stone. I had to wait until Christmas Eve to open presents and the first one he gave me was this enormous box.
Inside was another wrapped box, and inside that the FedEx box which contained yet another FedEx box. Finally, I found it though and my God, it was so gorgeous.
I took it today to the appraiser who valued it at $11,470 -- we paid around $5400 so that''s quite a difference. I knew the appraised values were always higher than retail, don''t know why, but wow. That''s really amazing. Anyway, another jeweler in the same building is going to set the stone into my ring, and I have to wait until Tuesday to pick it up, so I can''t say until then how it blinds me, but I''ll be happy to send you more info later. ;-)
Update: They called Thursday to say it was ready so I''m sitting here
with my ring on my finger ;-) and oh my, it is dazzling.
BTW, the appraiser said, ""Wow. This is a sparkler,"" when she saw
it which was exactly what I wanted. I love the flashes of color and
light when my hand happens to wave in a gesture.
Your help was incredible. I felt from the start I was working with a friend, not a salesperson, and I knew I could ask questions without thinking you''d try to lead me this way or that. Thanks again.
BTW, I''m writing an article about my experience and would love to
mention you and WhiteFlash.com, so please let me know if it''s okay
to use your name. I write a lot of articles about weight loss, so have
accounts all over for places to post them.
If I can ever be of service, or you want to start getting The Daily
Bites or my newsletter, please do! You wouldn''t believe how many
people tell me they''ve lost weight just by reading my web site.
