Throughly impressed with Whiteflash''s service!

I am throughly impressed with your service. I can''t believe you guys sent me a Starbucks gift card to say thank you for purchasing from you. I''m impressed. I am trying to get some of my friends to buy diamonds for their loved ones from you. Karissa loves the diamond. I was able to get it set in a beautiful platinum solitaire setting at a local jeweler. I didn''t know it at the time, but it''s the same place that my Dad got my Mom''s ring which we all thought was pretty neat. The ring is better than she expected. Everytime I look at it, it looks like it should be on the back cover of a magazine. It''s really great. It really is the perfect ring.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!

We had a great experience with Whiteflash. We're very excited and the ring is beautiful and she really likes it. Not only did we love the ring, but also the service. We worked with Liza, and she was exceptional. She answered all of our questions, sent us videos of the ring when we weighing our options, and was very polite, professional, and responsive.
