It is absolutely fantastic.

I picked up the ring last night, and it is absolutely fantastic. The diamond has so much brilliance and fire, I wore it on my little finger while driving today, just so I could look at it! Mandy is going to be thrilled when I give it to her, I just know it! Thank you for your help. I am almost absolutely positive that I will keep it. I AM thrilled with the ring, the meticulous packaging, and all the things that came with it?ˆ¦and you gave absolutely gracious customer service.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
