I would like to express our thanks for the beautiful diamond tennis bracelet that you folks at Whiteflash have created. My wife was dazzled and surprised. It truly is a work of art! They say patience is a virtue. When I ordered the piece, we had plenty of time for delivery. However, no one could have predicted Hurricane Rita! Our thoughts and prayers were with you all during this time. Your fine group of jewellers were able to recover, regroup and deliver with great resolve. Despite the delay, we were truly rewarded for our patience. There were no cut corners; the quality and workmanship of the bracelet shows up in every smile my wife gives each time she wears it. I can honestly say we will always remember our tenth anniversary because of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I look forward to dealing with you again.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
