Now, any bride with access to a mall or the Internet can purchase her own Vera Wang engagement ring as easily as an A-list celebrity. The 50-some engagement ring designs offered in the Vera Wang jewelry collection are a mix of traditional and modern designs, featuring everything from simple
solitaire engagement rings to heavily embellished
wedding ring sets. The rings are sold pre-set; that is, with the center stones already set in their settings, and start at $1,999 for engagement rings. Each ring is also set with a small blue sapphire, which is visible in some settings and hidden beneath the setting in others, that will serve as Wang’s signature, and, according to Zales CEO Theo Killion, “signify everlasting love.”
