Hi Bob, How are you? Hope you're well. Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a big thank you for the advice and help you gave in the purchase of the engagement ring. I have had the ring evaluated by an FGA approved person as you suggested and all my fears and worries have been erased. My fiance absolutely loves the ring, the design is very close to the one she wanted and everyone she has shown it to has commented on the 'fire', which matches my fiances personality! Once again a huge thank you for being so helpful and providing. I have passed your details on to my friend who is also after purchasing an engagement ring.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
