Now that this is all almost over please know that I really appreciate all of the help you have been. Its not normal for someone to go above and beyond the call of duty in the work-place. I feel in most situations like this individuals would be like ""sorry that cant happen this fast"" or something along those lines. On top of giving me advice on my purchases you went the extra mile as far as getting them to me on time. The extra calls and effort are appreciated. If there is someone I can email to express my satisfaction with your services please let me know!! Thanks Again. I will email you pictures... I will also let you know tomorrow when I get the ring.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
