An average design phase takes about seven business days to complete, and after the design is finalized and you have approved the photo-realistic images (CAD renderings), the next step is to begin production of your custom engagement ring! At this point your custom project is non-refundable, the piece will be manufactured by our state-of-the-art production process as soon as payment is received.
If you decide not to proceed based on the CAD, there will be no cost to you.
Following payment, production will take approximately four weeks. Custom rings are still subjected to the same strenuous quality control as other jewelry pieces. Additional elements can increase the proposed timeline and any changes to the finish date will be communicated to you along the way.
